Project Manager (Voice Recording Migration)

6-8 months initially with possible extension - Day Rates inside of IR35

Candidates must be UK based - Role will mainly be remote working (would ideally like someone to go in the office once a week but not a deal breaker)

Our client, a global banking business is looking to hire an experienced project manager to migrate their storage data and voice recordings - You must have recent expertise in large Voice Recording migrations or transformation projects related to Voice and you will have worked within Financial Services Technology.

As a manager you will be responsible for project delivery and will have involvement in some of the following projects:

• Migration of Storage Data from Isilon to ECS
• Mobile Voice Recording to Verint (VFC)
• MS Teams Voice Recording to Verint (VFC)

To be a success in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in the following:

• Voice Recording related project delivery
• Migrating data between storage platforms preferably between Isilon and ECS
• Managing vendor resources, and ensuring vendor adherence to SOW
• Deploying new instances of VFC Verba
• Consolidating playback platforms from distributed servers to central platforms
