Role Purpose/Description
Lead and document the ESG impacts in wholsale architecture.
Lead IT solution functional and technical designs for projects in the area of Sustainability IT.
Work in Agile/DevOps environments and deliver solution that are Secure, Scalable, Cloud Ready and Containerised.
Established good design practice for: Containerisation, cloud adoption and migration and microservices.
Work closely with and help lead engineering team and manage relationship with key stake holders in Business/IT/external parties.
Facilitate sharing and alignment of knowledge & best practice.
Held Architecture, or Technical Design or Solution Design roles.
Ability to explain complex technical solutions to audiences at different technical knowledge.
Mandatory Skills-
9+ Years of IT Experience in financial industry of including IT Architecture and IT Development.
4+ years experience in hands on Software Development of mission critical business applications.
3+ years of proven industry experience working on cloud based solutions and SaaS applications.
Practitioner of Agile methodologies and preparing and presenting architectural design and proposal to the appropriate review forums.
Responsible for Identifying and documenting key architecture decisions and ensuring these are shared and agreed with other members of architecture community and engineering.
Strong experience in designing Cloud based solutions, API/Microservices, FullStack Design.
Will have architecture experience of working on all layer/tiers of the project from front end development through back end database design.
Good Knowledge of design patterns and ability to convert it into project development.
Excellent Communication skills & Stakeholder management skills.
