We're supporting a Tier 1 Bank with recruitment of a Full Stack Engineer for one of their Cyber Security teams. This is a UK based, remote, contract role initially running for 6 months with potential to extend long-term.

Working within an Agile, DevSecOps environment you will be responsible for design, development, and deployment of tools within the global vulnerability management environment. You'll work closely with the Secure Development team to build solutions and support with secure integration into systems used by App Security SMEs and Pen Testers. The overall goal is to improve service offerings and protect the Bank from an ever-changing threat landscape.

Accountabilities will include:

• Designing and implementing web services, applications, APIs, system designs, data structures
• Supporting design of microservices
• Improving software efficiency and removing bottlenecks
• Developing tools and scripts for cyber sec reporting

Skills & Experience:

• Previous full-stack experience following Agile /DevSecOps practices
  • Open to different programming backgrounds e.g. Java, Python, C#, PHP
• Knowledge of vulnerability scanning / application security / pen testing tools
• Experience supporting cyber security teams with development & implementation of security tools
• Experience working within public cloud environments, knowledge of container and cloud security
• Automation driven mindset
