The Role:
· Devise and deliver training in linewith the Training Policy in an efficient and effective manner to ensure thecontinual contribution to the firm's quality of all services
· Design, prepare, facilitate and/orreview all areas of the training to meet the needs of the business, includingamending all training documentation as and when required, in accordance withprocedural updates, systems changes and legislative and regulatory guidelines
· Keep up to date with developmentswith company systems, practices and procedures
· Support the business in providingquality and meaningful training data in line with the Training Policy
· Ability to work under pressure andflexibly to meet business and department deadlines

Essential Criteria:
· Experience in an L&D role in a fast-paced contact centreoperation with excellent understanding of learning theory and trainingmethodology
· Previous experience indesigning and delivering appropriate and high-quality training solutionsthrough a variety of channels e.g. e-learning, instructor led training andinformal learning depending the requirements or audience
· Experience in landing initiatives successfully, shown ability tolead multiple work streams and conflicting priorities
· Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office package,excellent written and verbal communication skills (including feedback and coachingtechniques), able to adapt to varied audiences
· Logical and practical approach to problem solving and resolution
· Experience of working cross-functionally, ability to plan andlead time optimally
Hours of Work:
· 40 hour per week
· Candidates must be fully flexible forrotational shift patterns between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday. 9am-5pm Saturday& Sunday
· Permanent contract – not suitable forseasonal applicants
